How long does my order take to ship?

I print every illustration to order and post it off to its new home as soon as I can. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days once a purchase is made, unless stated otherwise in my shop announcement/status.

How long does it take to receive my order?

UK delivery aim: 1-3 working days

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days

Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days

Please expect delays with your order delivery. Although the world is slowly getting back to normal, everything is still slower than usual due to the pandemic. Please be patient with your order’s arrival.

EU orders might take longer due to BREXIT.

US & the rest of the world orders can also take longer.

International Shipping

I would love to see my work in the homes of people around the world, so yes, international shipping is definitely available. If you can’t find a delivery option to your country please email me via hello@mahdisnikou.co.uk and I’ll look into solving it for you.

A few things to consider:

Import taxes are not included in the items’ prices. Customers at the receiving end are responsible for covering the cost depending on their country’s policy.

All orders are shipped from London, United Kingdom so please make sure to check what the tax policies are in your country and how much it would cost you to receive items from the UK after taxes and fees to avoid any surprises.

Lost or delayed orders:

Once an item is shipped the delivery of it is out of my control, therefore I will not be responsible for losses or delays incurred by the British Postal Service. In case of a lost parcel please contact your local postal office.
